Our client is a luxury brand who's currently looking for a supply chain allocation and inventory planner.

Role mission:
Main mission of this role is to support the process of allocation and replenishment of customers' orders during the transition to a new ERP tool.

Key Accountabilities:
• Products' Allocation and replenishment to direct and indirect channels, on the base of several KPIs: target stock, coverages, sales trend, commercial priorities
• Detailed allocation and replenishment of newness to prepare the launch of a collection with the proper balance of looks and sizes
• Rebalancing of stock between direct and indirect customers according to the objective of the company
• Validation of target stock level for the specific product category
• Daily collaboration with Regional Inventory Planner, Production Department, Order Entry, Customer Service, Warehouse to optimize the productivity of the stock in the entire supply chain
• Reporting and monitor of the performance of the stock to provide feedback to several area of the company and to guarantee the correct information for operative and strategic decision

Key Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in similar position
• Bachelor's degree in managing engineer, economics, statistics, or related fields
• Experience in using Office package: Word, Windows, Excel, and Business Intelligence tools to produce report and KPIs
• Knowledge of SAP OTC Module is an important skill, but internal training will be organized.
• Experience in SAP consulting and in UAT activities is a plus
• Proficiency in English language
