NH HOTEL GROUP is currently recruiting a SALES MANAGER.

The ideal candidate has a Degree in Economics or Tourism and an experience of 3 years in sales hospitality industry: s/he has developed a strong sales attitude, a good understanding of corporate and M&E sales. Moreover, s/he should have analytical and planning skills, good capacity of creating long and profitable relationship with clients and strong negotiation skills

The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

- Portfolio management of Corporate and M&E Accounts

- Coordination of the sales workflow, from customer analysis and needs targeting to delivery of corporate/Frame agreement

- Management of Global RFP's

- Definition of client targets and sales activities

The essential requirements are: Results orientation, Negotiation skills, Flexibility, Open-mindedness, Excellent communication/relationship skills, Strategic Planning, Analytical approach, Networking and Proactiveness.

Furthermore, he/she must have a fluent command of the English language (both writing and speaking) and must have a very good knowledge of most common Windows application.

The position will be based in FLORENCE.

It is required mobility within the Country, as well as in Europe.
