RUSSIAN SPEAKING BACK-OFFICE WHOLESALE SPECIALIST

Location: Florence Area_Italy
Reports to: Wholesale Director

Type of Contract: Permanent

Main duties:
To provide vital support to the sales team managing and supervising all the operating issues such as orders control and processing, analysis and reporting, logistics and payments, customer service and in general act as an extension of the Italian and international sales team

The Role:

-To manage and control all the main operations in the commercial department as back-office and sales' team support
-To maintain relationships with international wholesale customers, showrooms, agencies and distributors
-To contribute to the organization of each sales campaign
-To manage and control the retailer clients' database
-To update all relevant internal online and offline materials and documents where required
-To supervise and manage the whole logistic as the shipment of orders to customer
-To be the main point of contact for general enquiries and issues

The Candidate:
-Fluency in Italian (written & spoken) is essential;

-Fluency in Russian (written & spoken) is essential;
-Fluency in English (written & spoken) is essential;
-Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
-Knowledge of AS400 Stealth system is preferred
-Excellent communicator, people-person
-Very good Excel, number and analytical skills
-Great customer service skills & problem solving;
-Strong organisational skills;
