The Retail Operations Coordinator will be primarily responsible for leading the oversight and implementation of all Patrizia Pepe Retail Store operational programs, processes and procedures. This will drive sales results and deliver turnkey solutions in accordance with the commercial strategy and image of the Company. This role requires deep operational knowledge used to support and manage important processes within buying, merchandising, logistics, cost control and the review of financial goals.  The ideal candidate will be a great communicator and assure collaboration between the different parts of our organization (Logistics, Administration, E-commerce, HR, Health & Safety, etc.) to determine strategies, implement best practices and develop efficiencies for in-store operations, all while operating within compliance with the law.

Main Responsibilities
To lead and coordinate the retail operation function by deeply understanding and analysing operational in-store processes, in order to ensure compliance with Patrizia Pepe policies, procedures and standards.
To be responsible for company assets protection and loss minimisation by ensuring all store standards and operating procedures are met, including workplace safety, inventory control, and loss prevention.
To proactively find and implement operational strategies, solutions and documentation to standardize any in-stores activities, while also identifying any inefficient processes and other unproductive metrics.
To discern risks/issues/compliance requirements and escalate as appropriate in collaboration with the Retail Team.
To conduct regular store visits within assigned areas to ensure audit readiness and to ensure compliance with Patrizia Pepe policies, procedures, and standards.
To supervise the retail operations team and contribute to their development and competencies
To analyse consumer feedback and expectations by making changes/innovations within store processes while maximising the sales level.
To monitor all store standards ensuring operating procedures are met (including but not limited to: safety, inventory control, LP/POS audits and loss prevention.)
To actively train and coach Store Staff on operational procedures – when needed – in order to leverage competencies and engagement level.
To define and oversee the Annual Inventory process, in order to minimize loss, while reaching and maintaining the defined target level and manage the related costs and benefits.
To partner with Store Managers to keep stores’ stock level under control and analyze stock performances.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance or related field preferred.
At least 8-10+ years of experience in retail operation management activities or luxury retail or relevant related experience.
Proven record of knowledge and expertise in retail operations preferably in a retail organization with an international distribution network and workforce.
Excellent command of English (any other European language such as German, French or Spanish would be preferred).
Managerial experience in supervising a small team of specialists or assistants.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills using positive leadership models.
Proven ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. High problem-solving capability
Proficiency with Microsoft Office., Client tracking systems and Point of Sales (POS) system.
Ability to inspire trust and integrity as well as to positively motivate the store staff.
