Ali Professional for a multinational which operates successfully in its sector (retail and luxury goods) and is increasing its staff is looking for the italian Office the Production manager.
MAIN EXPECTED ACTIVITIES
The resource, very solid from a managerial point of view, will have the task of coordinating and managing all internal and external production activities, guaranteeing the expected company objectives in terms of timing and quality. Excellent experience on luxury products: Development and monitoring of production schedule, Coordination of production activity with subcontractors, suppliers and employees, Quality control, Control of working environment, Regularly reporting directly to the management
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS REQUIRED
Graduation
Experience in the role (minimum 6/8 years) gained in structured and complex companies in the fashion / luxury sector
Strong analytical skills and problem solving;
Undisputed leadership for the guidance and motivation of full-bodied teams;
Ability to interact with all the business areas involved in the production process
Excellent Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) / Lotus Notes
Fluent English
