Prestigious Real Estate Consultancy Group based in Florence

is looking for

a responsible, experienced and bilingual Personal Assistant to provide personalized support to the General Manager in a well-organized and timely manner.

She / he will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the manager's working life and communication, acting as the point of contact between the manager and internal (3 staff members) and external contacts.

Responsibilities:
 Screening correspondence and directing duties and tasks
 Handling requests and queries appropriately
 Managing diary and scheduling meetings and appointments
 Arranging international and domestic travels
 Liaising with Clients, Vendors and consultants
 Updating and monitoring Social Media
 Producing reports, presentations and briefs
 Projects support / administration
 Devising and maintaining office filing system

Skills and Attributes:

 Perfect knowledge of the English language or native English speaker
 Previous experience as a PA (at least 2 years)
 Excellent attention to detail, tact and diplomacy
 Flexibility, discretion and reliability
 Organisational skills and ability to multitask
 Excellent IT skills

Job Types: Full time - initially fixed-term Contract (6 months) - opportunity to develop a long term career.
