Prestigious and historical Villa based in San Casciano Val di Pesa (FI)
is looking for
a responsible, experienced and bilingual Guardian to provide global facilities management in a well-organized and timely manner.
He / She will work on a variety of tasks related to the Villa and its Park, acting as point of reference for the Owner and / or Owner’s representative.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Constant Reporting of anomalies and incidents to the owner or owner’s representative
On a daily basis : verification of access to the property - checking the integrity of the fence around the property - aeration of all internal areas of the buildings - watering and caring for the internal plants - feed and treat animals - heating, air conditioning: temperature control management - waste management
Periodically: swimming pool: water analysis, filter, aeration - alarm system: check the operation of the surveillance devices every month, intervention in the event of an alarm - appliances maintenance; car maintenance: washing, recharging the batteries, checking fluids, coupons in the dealership - veterinary visits - programming and checking the interventions of electricians, plumbers, technicians and others
Management of : home automation system - lighting system: internal / external - Keys & remote - Water tank - wood for fireplace.
Any other action aimed to ensure the perfect functioning of the House and its park, including small daily repairs
Skills and Attributes:
Perfect knowledge of the English language
Previous experience in a similar position (at least 3 years)
Very good knowledge of home automation systems
Very good ability in home ordinary maintenance
Excellent attention to detail, tact and diplomacy
Flexibility, discretion and reliability
Organisational skills and ability to multitask
Presence at the accommodation all nights except the absences due to vacation
