Prestigious and historical Villa based in San Casciano Val di Pesa (FI), in the heart of Tuscany is looking for a responsible, experienced and bilingual
Facility, Security and Safety Manager
Responsibilities
Drive the development of a security-aware culture of the site
Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
Act as point of contact in an emergency or critical circumstance developing the emergency response plan for a range of security incidents at the site. Perform various security inspections as required, ona a daily basis
Ensures the proper operation and maintenance of security systems and equipment, including control card access, surveillance, fire alarm
Perform a wide range of ordinary and extra-ordinary maintainance activities necessary to the perfect running of the Villa, ensuring that all the facilities, such as water, heating, domestic appliances, cars, are well maintained and perfectly running
Inspects the facility on a daily basis for cleanliness and safety compliance
Skills and Attributes:
Perfect knowledge of the English language
Previous experience in a similar position (at least 3 years)
Very good knowledge of home automation systems and
Excellent attention to detail, tact and diplomacy
Flexibility, discretion and reliability
Organisational skills and ability to multitask
Presence at the accommodation all nights except the absences due to vacation
