HR ASSISTANT INTERN

Location: Florence Area_Italy
Reports to: Human Resources Dpt.
Salary: €500 per month

Type of Contract: **6 months paid internship**

In our Human Resources Dpt. you will have the possibility to support in managing the implementation of activities and strategies related to our current and future employees and the opportunity to increase your own skills and to gain experties working closely with all departments and learning how to manage effective communication between staff and management.

Responsabilities:

Talent Acquisition:

-You will support the HR Team and HR Recruiter on any ad hoc tasks or projects during the year;

-You will be accountable for maintaining recruitment trackers;

-You will review resumes and applications from Applicant Tracking System;

-You will perform job analysis and draft job descriptions according to company needs;

-You will update job postings on job boards, school websites, research new campus recruitment initiatives;

-You will assist the HR Manager with with the hiring process, sourcing prospective candidates, scheduling phone and on-site interviews, facilitate interviews as needed;

-You will utilise proprietary database to enter, maintain and update candidate information;

-You will conduct interviews via different forms (Phone/Skype/in-person) with candidates to review their background, experience, skills and qualifications for current and future openings;

-You will assist with creating and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions;

-You will be involved with the New Hire Training programme;

-You will manage the New Internal Job Posting and Referral Scheme programmes.

Payroll & Administration:

-You will develop and implement policies on issues like working conditions, employee performance measurement, disciplinary procedures and absence management;

-You will provide routine administrative support across the emplyment lifecycle;

-You will contribute to process improvements to include new starter and ongoing, changes/adjustments and leaver related processes;

-You will support to generate formal documentation to include offer letter, contracts of employement, formal agreements, etc;

-You will help to mantain employee records and You will support the day-to-day events of the corporate office and any other reasonable duties.

-Fluency in Italian (written & spoken)?
-Fluency in English (written & spoken)? 

-A Master Degree in HR or related?

-A previous short experience in the HR field?
-An excellent communicator?

-A people-person?
-A very good command of Excel?

-A passion for numbers and a great amount of analytical skills?
-A highly motivated & problem solver?
-Ability to inspire and be inspired by customers & colleagues?
-Someone motivated to work towards goals and targets?
